Hi, I'm Teresa Lagerman.

I help founders and mission-driven organizations bring their ideas to reality through strategy, partnerships, and hands-on venture-building.

I've always been drawn to building things from the ground up, whether through my own ventures or helping organizations launch programs, products, and initiatives. Over time, I've realized I'm just as drawn to creating the environments and communities for entrepreneurs and nonprofits to succeed as I am to advising the founders and leaders themselves.

Over the past 15+ years I've worked alongside more than 150 startups, nonprofits, and mission-driven organizations - from fast-growing companies like ShopMy to Hudson Valley nonprofits like Glynwood, and founders just getting started. The common thread is the same: connecting people, ideas, and resources to help organizations become stronger than they could on their own.

In 2012, I co-founded Condensed, where I work with startups and non-profit organizations to implement sustainable creative strategies for growth. I also co-founded Founders Workspace, a Brooklyn coworking community, and serve on the Board of the Cold Spring Chamber of Commerce, where I help expand entrepreneurship and small business programming throughout the Hudson Valley.

What I really love to do is help mission-driven people build things that make a difference - my work is all about showcasing theirs.
